Marko&Placemakers have been commissioned to develop an external spaces strategy and design for the new office development comprising over 22,000 sq. m of highest-quality office space is situated within the wider city centre of Bratislava. The space evolves from a formal hardscape frontage to the office entrances transforming into an informal soft park through a series of dynamic terraces wrapping around the site.
