Finalists in Competition for Žofinka in Ostrava

Our proposal for Žofinka is one of three shortlisted in the international architecture and masterplanning competition in the Czech city of Ostrava. This collaboration between Marko&Placemakers and Studio Perspective (CZ) proposes a new urban district with a clear identity, comprehensible structure and a pleasant environment for all generations. The concept emphasises sustainability, accessibility and connection with nature - the Ostravice River and its surroundings.
